Just installed the latest version and is working fine so far. All my videos are playing well. The update is not showing. Just remove kmplayer from the firewall. The option/preferences is working fine when playing in full screen. So far so good.

Issue with subtitles
Hello,
Since the latest update on KMP (3.8.0.122), I've encountered a few bugs regarding the subtitles.
Firstly, when I'm watching a movie fullscreen and press the shortcut to sync the subtitles (ALT+Y), it doesn't show up. After some checking, it seems it stays in the background, behind the movie instead of infront.
Secondly, when I adjust the sync time and press Ok, Apply or Cancel, the window will stay open. Ok and Apply will actually adjust the sync time, but while Ok or Cancel should make the window go away, they don't.
Thirdly, whenever I open the sync window and click it away (not close it), it'll go to the background (behind the movie) again. Then whenever I want to re-open it again, I'll press Alt+Y again to open it, but then I'll get it in Chinese letters.
I'm surprised this issue hasn't been spotted earlier, or perhaps I just didn't find it on the forum just yet.
If anybody else happens to have a fix for this, let me know.

Auto update is showing again ver 122
Just today, the auto update of ver 122 start to show again. Have to block kmplayer from the internet again.
Did not know 123 is now out for download. Auto update is not showing in this version but the saving of the registry by option/preferences/export presets is still not working correct. This problem started since ver 121. I still can enter my 120 reg file without a problem. Have to wait for the next fix again.

Export Presets saving registry bug
This bug started in version 121, after long wait, it is now ver 123 and still can't save kmplayer registry properly using the Option/preferences/export presets.
It is so easy. If kmplayer can't fix it yet, just go to registry editor and export the kmplayer settings into your favorite directory.

KMP 3.8.0.123 and "box" slide
The new version is out!
Finally the KMPCfg.ini issue is solved and there is the chance to hide the box with a slide button on the top.
Unfortunately I don't use the default skin and I've not the slide, so...
1) I thought to switch to the default skin, disable the box and switch back to my usual skin. Fine, but at the next restart of KMP, the box appear again, and I've to do it all again. Unpleasant.
So... How can I make this change permanent?
2) I thought to add the slide to the skin I use. What is the command?
3) Using my skin (a modified alexi_WMP11) the new box remains empty and transparent and unsueful. How could I "modernize" the skin adding the new box where now there is the empty space? (This is secondary, but if I could update the skin, it would be better).

Can't hide Ads in 3.8.0.123 version
I just updated KMPlayer to version 3.8.0.123 and I am unable to hide de Ad panel on the right side of the window. It seems that the button used to hide them has been removed. Please fix this.

Problem when holding forward key

2 days ago I downloaded the latest version of KMPlayer and I found a bug on this version. when I hold forward key often when progress bar complete twice the label of present show number more than 100% like these screen shots.

Bom dia,
acho o player excelente e por isso eu baixei ele.
Mesmo verificando cada etapa da instalação, para minha surpresa, apos concluída, havia um virus instalado em todos os navegadores chamada qone8.
Além de irritante é muito dificil de retirar e vou ter que formatar o micro novamente.
Como baixei o player do proprio site do KMP peço a voces que redobrem a atenção em relação a segurança no site e se possivel coloquem um link de explicação passo a passo como retirar esse virus.

3D Improvement Automatically change the TV Mode to 3D
My 3D experience in my passive TV is far from optimal. When I select the video to play in 3D it has large distortions (especially when the source is TAB).
I'm not exactly sure, but I can guess that part of the issues are caused by image post processing either from the GPU or even from the TV.
My suggestion is that instead of actually displaying the passive 3D in 2D mode, the program should ask the TV to go into 3D. I know this is possible because I have applications that do it.

individual volume control
hello.
im playing a mkv video which is a Bluray rip, it has 11gb, and before the last two updates I was able to control the individual volumes for example the music and voices in the movie( make only the voice hearable or only the music of the movie)
now with the new update I cant control this anymore
so can anyone help me?

green magenta anaglyph

Very cool application this KMPlayer it saves me from like 10 hours of converting a movie from a 3D mode into another (SbS to anaglyph). I was wondering if anybody knows if it's possible to output video in green-magenta 3D mode instead of red-cyan.
